Postulate provides email infrastructure services hosted entirely within the European Union. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

During the pre-launch phase, we collect only:

• Email address — provided voluntarily through our early access signup form.

We use an EU-hosted analytics tool that does not store IP addresses or personally identifiable information. We do not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

3. Why we collect it

We collect your email address solely to notify you when Postulate launches and to send occasional updates about our service. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Where data is stored

All data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Germany/Finland). We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.

5. Data retention

We retain your email address until you request its deletion or until 12 months after our service launches, whichever comes first. If you do not become a customer, your data will be deleted.

6. Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to operate our service. All are located within the EU/EEA.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
